The New Democrats and the Return to Power

In "The New Democrats and the Return to Power", author Al From does an expert job of handling a political subject matter through the use of information rather than rhetoric, making this book an excellent addition to a political science major's library or other reference library. He discusses issues levied by Democratic administrations, such as welfare reform, and how the party sought to handle these affairs.
This proliferation of facts, whereas interesting and useful in a reference source, does not necessarily make for the best reading material. The author presents the information in a clear, concise manner, but it may take students or others interested in finding a reference point a bit of time to find the information they are seeking. Overall, an excellent approach to political study, though.
My copy of this book was won from the Goodreads.com website and I appreciate the opportunity to read and review it.
