David Magida's and Melissa Rodriguez's "The Essentials of Obstacle Race Training" contains "over 100 exercises and 28 workouts for conquering any OCR". It is an excellent, informative, highly-detailed and well-illustrated book. I can get a lot of use out of it, especially since I have the upper-body strength of a T-Rex.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in obstacle course training and/or general fitness. I wish I had a copy during my undergraduate fitness/exercise courses, especially for the written assignments. I would rate "Essentials" a 4.85.
