I found D.S. Venetta's "Show Me the Green!" to be a pleasant surprise. I like the artwork and I really like that it is educational for children and can help create family dialogue regarding gardening, where fruits and vegetables come from, etc. I also appreciate the supplemental material at the back of the book; the glossary, especially, can be quite useful for children and some adults.
