I really like the premise of Lynne Beverly Strang's "Late-Blooming Entrepreneurs: Eight Principles for Starting a Business After Age 40". Too many people seem to believe it is too late for them to give it a shot at starting a business even though many people (including the founder of KFC) launch quite successful businesses at older ages. Ms. Strang, in this book, gives a lot of useful, easy to understand tips to those seeking to start businesses and I highly recommend this book to those individuals.
